Meet the Founders, Saidah + Nudrat
Credentials + Background
Together, we bring over a decade each of experience in the healing arts, with backgrounds that bridge spiritual practice, energetic sensitivity, and integrative care.
Saidah is a Reiki Master, Somatic Integration Practitioner, Crystal and Chakra Healing Practitioner, and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher with a deep understanding of how energy, intention, and environmental resonance shape our inner and outer worlds.
Nudrat is a board-certified Integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Reiki Master, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher whose work is rooted in the connection between emotional wellbeing, energetic balance, and embodied healing.
Our work is informed by both ancient teachings and curated, modern practices — allowing us to hold space in a way that is intuitive, grounded, and deeply attuned.

Our Philosophy

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the space itself and may incorporate energetic clearing, elemental ritual, Reiki, sound, and sacred geometry. Our crystal grids are designed as intention anchors within the home, helping to stabilize and hold the frequencies a client wishes to cultivate.
