Meet the Founders, Saidah + Nudrat


Born and raised in New York City, we have always been attuned to the mystical, drawn to what lies beneath the surface, 
deeply curious about energy, healing, and the unseen threads that shape our lives. As twin sisters, our bond has always 
felt sacred — and our mission is rooted in helping others realign with clarity, peace, and intention through the 
transformation of their environments.



Though our careers initially followed distinct paths — Saidah as a Reiki Master, Chakra Balancing + Crystal Healing Practitioner, and Nudrat as a board-certified Integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Reiki Master — our work has always revolved around helping people heal, awaken, and return to wholeness. We are both certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teachers, and with over a decade each in the healing arts, we bring together an alchemy of intuition, ancient energetic practices, and clinical insight, holding deep reverence for the emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers of every space we enter.
